The USMLE Service Transition is still in progress. USMLE services are no longer available in MyIntealth, and international medical students/graduates will be able to access USMLE services through FSMB when phase one of the transition is complete (expected January 12, 2026).
Our customer service team is available during regular hours on January 9. Additionally, customer service will be available by phone on Saturday, January 10, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Eastern Time in the United States, to provide support and answer USMLE-transition-related questions.
