About MyIntealth
MyIntealth is a new online environment for accessing services offered by Intealth and its divisions, ECFMG® and FAIMER®. MyIntealth will consist of a:
Portal for Applicants (such as international medical graduates, or IMGs, pursuing ECFMG Certification and/or J-1 visa sponsorship),
Portal for Entities (organizations, such as medical schools, graduate medical education programs, and medical regulatory agencies) that use our services, and
Related Web-based Applications (for certain services, such as the Pathways application).
Through MyIntealth, users will be able to establish and maintain accounts, request services, manage payments, and retrieve important messages.
Timeline
MyIntealth will launch very early in 2024. Leading up to launch, we will provide more detailed information on what to expect prior to, during, and after launch. This information will include how to prepare for a smooth transition.
Benefits
We are excited about the many new benefits MyIntealth will offer, including:
One Account, Multiple Services: MyIntealth offers users the convenience and efficiency of using a single online environment. Users can access multiple services with less data entry and enjoy a consistent experience.
Fewer Logins/Passwords: MyIntealth centralizes many services that currently are available through different systems, each with its own user ID and password. With MyIntealth, users will have fewer logins and will use the same user ID and password for all services.
Fewer Forms: MyIntealth will replace many of our paper-based forms, enabling users to complete more transactions online, saving valuable time.

Pause in Services
As we prepare for launch, there will be a brief period during which our current systems will be unavailable. This pause in services likely will consist of a few business days plus a weekend. The pause will take place just prior to launch and will allow us to transfer existing user accounts to MyIntealth accurately and efficiently.
During the pause, we will be unable to accept and process applications and service requests. We will continue to refine the time needed to transfer user information and will share any updates so that users can plan accordingly.
Account Establishment
Existing Applicants
If you already use ECFMG’s online services, we will transfer your existing account information to MyIntealth prior to launch, including merging multiple accounts into a single new account. Once MyIntealth launches, we will send you an e-mail with instructions for activating your MyIntealth account. You may be required to reverify your identity. Once your new MyIntealth account is activated, you will be able to access services for which you are eligible.
New Applicants
As a new applicant, you must establish a MyIntealth account. You will create a user ID and password, enter required biographic information, and complete any steps required by Intealth to verify your identity. Once the account is established, you will receive your MyIntealth ID and will be able to access services for which you are eligible.
About Identity Verification
Intealth’s requirements for verifying identity protect the privacy of our users as well as the integrity of our processes.
Consistent with current practice, applicants will be required to have their identity verified via notarization. Entity users may require authorization from entity officials in order to use MyIntealth.
Applicants & ID Numbers
To access MyIntealth, you will need a user ID, which will consist of your e-mail address and must be unique. You cannot share an e-mail address with another MyIntealth user. You also will be required to create a password. You will use your user ID and password to access all services in the MyIntealth environment.
Additionally, you will be assigned a MyIntealth ID, a unique 9-digit number that will be used to identify you across our services. Your MyIntealth ID will be issued once you establish your MyIntealth account and should be used consistently when contacting us for assistance.
In support of IMGs pursuing ECFMG Certification and U.S. GME, we work with other organizations to provide essential services. In addition to the MyIntealth ID, MyIntealth will support the ID numbers used by these other organizations. Specifically:
USMLE ID issued to applicants for the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE).
AAMC ID issued to participants in the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and ERAS Fellowships Documents Office (EFDO).
SEVIS ID issued to participants in our Exchange Visitor Sponsorship Program (J-1 visa sponsorship) for the U.S. Government’s Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).
Although these additional ID numbers will be associated with the applicant’s MyIntealth account, the MyIntealth ID will be the applicant’s primary ID number and should be used when communicating with us.
More Information
We will provide more detailed information as it becomes available. Please monitor this webpage for the latest information.
