To make it easier for our customers to report technical issues they experience in MyIntealth™ and to help standardize and track the information we receive, we are introducing a new online MyIntealth Technical Issue Reporting Form.
This form is an improved way to let us know when you encounter a technical problem in MyIntealth, and ensures we receive key pieces of information and details about your experience that will help us better understand the issue. When you submit the form, you’ll receive confirmation that your issue report has been received.
What You Can Expect
- Every report will be reviewed by a dedicated team member, and action will be taken as appropriate to improve the user experience.
- If we need more information from you, we will reach out directly.
- Common or widespread issues and resolutions will be shared on Instagram at @intealthofficial.
- When feasible, we will notify you directly when your issue has been resolved.
Please do not submit the same issue through multiple channels (email, phone, or social media) in addition to the form. Using the form will help us respond more effectively by keeping all issue reports in one place, which reduces delays and duplication.
