Existing On-line Services Restored
As we have worked diligently toward the launch of MyIntealth™ over the past two weeks, we fully recognize that many customers are facing time-sensitive issues. We apologize for any disruption caused by our extended pause in services.
To ensure that our customers have access to critical services, we have restored our existing systems, and our on-line services are currently available. Users can access all services, including:
- Interactive Web Applications (IWA),
- On-line Applicant Status and Information System (OASIS),
- Certification Verification Service (CVS) On-line,
- Exchange Visitor Network (EVNet),
- ECFMG Medical School Web Portal (EMSWP), and
- Electronic Portfolio of International Credentials (EPICSM) Physician and Report Portals
to submit applications and other service requests, and to check the status of prior applications/requests. The launch of MyIntealth has been postponed.
While we will continue to prepare MyIntealth for launch, our priority is to ensure that customers have everything they need from us without further delay. With our systems once again available, we are working to address time-sensitive issues as soon as possible. We will reschedule the launch of MyIntealth for a later date to occur with minimal impact to those we serve and will provide updates as they become available.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any challenges you may have experienced during our extended pause in services. We look forward to providing full support and assistance to all who rely on our services.
