The 2025 Pathways are intended for international medical graduates (IMGs) who need to meet the clinical skills requirement and the communication skills requirement for ECFMG Certification. These requirements are among the examination requirements that IMGs must meet in order to participate in the 2025 National Resident Matching Program<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> (NRMP<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>) Main Residency Match<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> (The Match<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>).
