Before applying to ECFMG for ECFMG Certification or USMLE, IMGs should consult the <em>World Directory<\/em>, available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wdoms.org\" target=\"_blank\">www.wdoms.org<\/a>, to confirm that students and graduates of their medical schools are eligible. Instructions for using the <em>World <\/em><em>Directory<\/em> to determine ECFMG eligibility are available in the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecfmg.org\/annc\/ECFMG-World-Directory-Notice.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Important Notice:<em> World Directory of Medical Schools <\/em>Replaces <em>International Medical Education Directory <\/em>(<em>IMED<\/em>) for Purposes of Determining Eligibility for ECFMG Certification and USMLE<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>, available on this website.
