REMINDER: ECFMG On-line Services Maintenance Jan 31- Feb 3
Due to scheduled maintenance, ECFMG’s on-line services will be unavailable beginning at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, January 31. These services are expected to be available no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, February 3. All times are calculated using Eastern Time in the United States.
During this maintenance period, you will be unable to perform on-line transactions, including but not limited to:
- Beginning, continuing work on, or completing an exam application
- Scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling a Step 2 CS testing appointment
- Reprinting a Step 2 CS scheduling permit or confirmation notice
- Changing your contact information
- Checking your personal, financial, or exam/certification information
Additionally, ECFMG’s internal software applications will be affected by this scheduled maintenance. As a result, during the maintenance period ECFMG representatives will be unable to answer applicant-specific inquiries received by telephone, fax, e-mail, and letter.
If you anticipate using ECFMG’s on-line services during the maintenance period, please complete your transactions before January 31 to ensure that you do not miss required deadlines and incur any fees that may result.
