A public transportation strike may take effect in the city of Philadelphia at 12:00 AM on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. Examinees planning to take the USMLE Step 2 Clinical Skills (CS) exam in Philadelphia should note that, in the event of a strike, the Philadelphia Clinical Skills Evaluation Collaboration (CSEC) test centers will remain open, but it may take longer to reach the test centers due to traffic delays and/or very limited public transportation options.
