ECFMG is pleased to share the news that Data Commons, LLC—an information-sharing initiative of ECFMG and other leading national physician education and assessment organizations—launched its first services today. ECFMG will participate in the Verification+ Service, which supports the credentialing and/or privileging of physicians.
Data Commons’ innovative data hub allows access to data about health professionals from multiple source organizations in a single transaction, while facilitating new ways of combining and analyzing these data sets. This enhanced access has the potential to enhance patient safety and improve medical quality.
